We will contact your carrier on your behalf and initiate a lost package investigation. This investigation may take up to 10 business days to conclude. Once the investigation concludes, we will either send you an expedited replacement package at no cost or process a full refund.
If you have not received all items listed on your packing slip, please contact customer service immediately and do not dispose of any of your packaging as we will be unable to assist you further. Upon receiving pictures of the packaging, we will contact your carrier to open a damaged package investigation which may take up to 10 business days to conclude.
